With over 25 years of experience driving transformative change, Dr. Taylor brings a rare and valuable perspective on the evolving skillsets HIM professionals need to thrive in today鈥檚 dynamic healthcare landscape.
Her career spans academia, where she taught and mentored future HIM professionals, to leadership roles as a HIM Director and consultant. These roles shaped her deep understanding of the operational and strategic demands of HIM, from data integrity and compliance to workforce development and technology adoption.
Armed with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), an MBA, the RHIA credential, and advanced certifications鈥攊ncluding Change Management, Global Talent Management Leadership (GTML), and Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB)鈥擠r. With over 25 years of experience in one of New York City鈥檚 largest healthcare systems, she has navigated various leadership roles and currently serves as a Director in the field. Passionate about the intersection of healthcare and technology, Michelle is actively pursuing a Master鈥檚 degree in Health Informatics from Purdue Global to deepen her expertise in data-driven healthcare solutions.
Leslie Boles
Leslie Boles is the Co-Owner & President of Revu Healthcare, Co-Founder of The Revu List and CEO of Veritas Visionaries, with over 16 years of experience in healthcare coding, auditing, and compliance. She holds various credentials and has served in various leadership roles, including on the Board of Directors at Engage NC. Previously, she was the Senior Director of Compliance & Audit at Waud Capital Partners, overseeing compliance programs for portfolio companies. Leslie earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Arizona Global Campus and is certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders, American Health Information Management Association, and the Health Care Compliance Association.
