The Board of Directors holds and exercises all corporate authority and fiduciary duties of the organization, except as otherwise provided by law, the Articles of Incorporation of tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ, or these tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ Bylaws.

The Advocacy and Policy Council advises tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ leadership and the Board of Directors on critical areas for strategic engagement in advocacy and public policy that align with our mission and vision.
tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ Council for Excellence in Educationâ„¢ (CEE)
Health information is complex, nuanced, and ever-changing. The Council for Excellence in Educationâ„¢ (CEE) was created to enhance the health information profession, plan for its future through education, and provide HI professionals with a way to get involved in the process.
The CEE advises tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ on education and workforce matters and their collective expertise strengthens the organization’s vision, mission, and strategies set by the tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ Board of Directors. The CEE also guides various tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ workgroups and the Professional Certificate Approval Program.
CEO Advisory CouncilÂ
The CEO Advisory Council has the responsibility of advising the CEO of tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ. They also help advance the mission and vision of tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ by sharing knowledge and counsel on various business matters, providing credibility through their names and reputations, and by helping tiktok³ÉÈ˰æ maintain a focus on the future.
